Description
Reliable removal of heavy and dense bread varieties without damaging the mold.
Purpose
The needle depanner is an ideal solution for bakeries specializing in the production of rye-wheat, whole grain bread varieties. Unlike vacuum analogues, the needle mechanism provides 100% grip reliability even in the presence of a large amount of powder (sesame, grain) or an uneven surface of the product. The device is integrated into an automatic line between the oven and the cooling system, which allows you to completely eliminate manual labor in this area.
How does it work?
Thin stainless steel needles at a special angle enter the upper part of the product, fix it and smoothly lift it from the mold for further transfer to the cooling conveyor.
Main advantages:
Efficiency with “heavy” bread: The best choice for products with high humidity or a dense structure, where vacuum may not be effective enough.
Process cleanliness: No vacuum filters that need to be constantly cleaned of flour and crumbs.
Delicateness: The needles leave microscopic holes that are completely invisible on the finished crust and do not affect the presentation.
Durability: The mechanical drive is highly wear-resistant even in harsh operating conditions (high temperature, humidity).
Hygiene: Made entirely of stainless steel, which meets HASSP standards.
Versatility: Quick replacement of working heads allows you to work with different types of molds (single, cassettes) and a range of products.
Time saving: Productivity up to 12 cycles per minute.

Characteristics Parameters
Type of sharp elements Food-grade stainless steel (AISI 316)
Operating speed Up to 12 cycles/min
Drive Pneumatic
Number of needles per head Depends on the bread format
Why choose a needle mechanism?
Work with powders: Poppy seeds or seeds do not clog the system (the main problem of vacuum depanners).
Minimal maintenance: Simple mechanical design that is easy to instantly sanitize.
Precise positioning: The product is clearly fixed and does not shift during transfer to the conveyor.
Important: The design of the needle plate is developed individually for your forms (cassettes), which guarantees perfect synchronization with the line.
Manufacturer’s tip: Using a depaner not only speeds up the process, but also significantly extends the life of your baking pans, as they are not subject to mechanical shocks when knocked out.
